When the two of you were together perhaps you talked about what your future was going to be like together and how the feelings the two of you had for each other were going to last a lifetime.
Or at the very least in your mind you imagined what it would be like still being with her in the future, even if you never actually took the time to tell her about it.
After she broke up with you, in your mind you couldn't help but realize that the future you had isn't certain any longer.
Even though the future you talked about or has imagined was never certain and might have even been changed a time or two or more.
The one thing you thought would never change was you and her together no matter what in the future.
Yet, as long as the two of you are broken up your future to you seems uncertain as the one thing you thought would never change suddenly has.
What's worse doing nothing to try to change what you have no control over isn't what you want to do even if you know that it is the best chance at getting the type of future that you had imagined.
Once you understand that the only constant in your future is you and that even you will change in that future.
It can in many ways help you move on to creating the type of future that you want with a woman and in life.
Maybe one day in the future that woman will be her again or you can decide to let other women begin to fill the role of leading lady in your future, until you find the one that is just right for you.
Which is much easier o accomplish once you decide to let the picture of you and her together stay in the memories of your past so that another woman can put herself in the picture of your future as soon as you are ready.
