Often people have dreams about their lovers or family, or sometimes they even dream about the future of the world, and they know there was some truth and hidden meaning in those dreams. Often someone will dream that they will get divorced in the near future and it happens. In one dream a friend of mine had, he dreamt that a person was involved in a bus crash and later in the week one of his friends told him she had been involved in a Bus crash. People often brush these events aside as coincidence, are they a mere coincidence? Or is there something more spiritual and profound going on?
Throughout history dreams have been used to save nations and envision the future. Around 605BC a Prophet by the name of Daniel lived in ancient Babylon and served the King as a wise man, Daniels ability to tell the future and explore spiritual concepts was said to be 10 times more effective than any astrologer or clairvoyant. Daniel was a very spiritual who had a clear channel to the all seeing and all knowing God. When Daniel was living in Babylon he was the only person able to interpret the King of Babylon's dream, the King had a dream that predicted the future of the world and all the Kingdoms that would rule the world in the future. Ever since Daniel interpreted the Kings dream, all the Kingdoms that were predicted to rule the world in the dream have come to pass and ruled the world, just as Daniel predicted it would when he interpreted the Kings Dream.
Another Prophet and great man of God by the name of Joseph interpreted the Pharaoh of Egypt's dream. He interpreted the dream as meaning that there would be a famine in the land of Egypt. As you can see throughout history many Prophets were given visions and dreams that symbolized what the future was to hold, many people continue to have dreams that symbolize the future they have: with a lover, the future of the world, the future of their life, and many people have dreams that tell them how to get through a tough situation in life. The spiritual significance behind dreams is remarkable and often dreams can be a message from God, just like dreams were often a message from God in the bible.
