These associations help regulate certain parts of the community within their areas.
In addition to these associations, the homeowners of Summerlin, Nevada do a lot to help maintain their community. There are villages within the community that help regulate the areas as well. Many of the villages are gated communities in which they almost regulate themselves via their gated community associations.
