The political district of Summerlin, Nevada is one that can be quite confusing. In fact, the community of Summerlin is covered by two political authorities. They have names that go with their location and placement. For instance, there is the Summerlin South, the Summerlin North, the Summerlin West, and the Summerlin Centre. These associations help regulate certain parts of the community within their areas.
In addition to these associations, the homeowners of Summerlin, Nevada do a lot to help maintain their community. There are villages within the community that help regulate the areas as well. Many of the villages are gated communities in which they almost regulate themselves via their gated community associations.
