You will be choosing healthier alternatives to some foods, and prefer some low calorie foods and high fiber ones to the ones you currently enjoy. Also, no more midnight snacks, and no more seconds. Burning stomach fat means some sort of compromises on your part.


The exercise will take the direct and general burn-the-stored-fat approach. Fat can be burned and constant aerobic and cardiovascular activity will increase your burn rate of fat to the point that the stored ones in your stomach will begin to slim down. Exercise "consumes" the fat in your "warehouse" while the diet prevents more fat to get stored in your warehouse. In time, your warehouse will be fat free. That's the gist of burning stomach fat and in losing weight in general.
